It’s Nice in British Columbia

We are on our way to Victoria,  British Columbia.

The Canadian flag atop this Victoria bound ferry is snapping and crackling in the wind as we slowly chug through the Strait of Georgia.

Despite the engine noise, the flag, the wind, and the crowd, it is quiet and peaceful atop the ship.  The air is so very clean.

I think that was an eagle that just flew overhead. A crowd just ran to port and pointed at the water. From the trail moving away from us, the best I can gather is that a whale is going the other way.

The mountain range ahead has a lot of snow on it.

Peaceful and simple.
